Attitude change is an affective component that is always related to the cognitive component. If the affective component changes, the cognitive component will also change and vice versa. By providing module development, the attitude of CBS cadres understands diseases that can be prevented by immunization (PD3I) so that prevention can be carried out in the community. This study aims to see changes in the attitude of community-based surveillance (CBS) cadres in Barru District. This study used a pre-experiment design type one group pretest-postet. The population in this study were all inactive CBS cadres as many as 48 CBS cadres. The sample was drawn using purposive sampling technique to obtain 20 cadres. Data analysis used paired t-test and Wilcoxon test. The results showed that there were differences in knowledge (p=0.000) before and after the intervention of providing module development and there were differences in attitudes (p=0.000) before and after the intervention of providing module development. This study can be concluded that there was an increase in knowledge and attitudes in community-based surveillance (cbs) cadres after being given module development. it is hoped that further researchers will provide a comparison of module interventions and print and video media.

Siti Rahmah Copyright (c) 2024 Siti Rahmah https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://journals.ubmg.ac.id/index.php/JHTS/article/view/2055 Fri, 27 Dec 2024 00:00:00 +0000 THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN BODY MASS INDEX AND BLOOD GLUCOSE LEVELS IN ADOLESCENTS IN THE PILOLODAA HEALTH CENTER AREA, WEST KOTA DISTRICT, GORONTALO CITY https://journals.ubmg.ac.id/index.php/JHTS/article/view/1893
The body mass index is a simple weight and height index used to classify overweight and obesity. This research method uses a qualitative approach with the type of research used in this research being descriptive research. This research obtained information through in-depth interviews with 5 informants consisting of the Head of Medical Records, Medical Records Officer, Head of Class III Inpatient Room, Inpatient Nurse, Class III Inpatient Administrator. The results of the research show that recording patient identities at Bhayangkara TK IV Gorontalo Hospital has been carried out in accordance with detailed procedures, but there are still errors or incompleteness due to staff negligence. Important reports such as laboratory and radiology results run well with SIMRS support, but there is still manual recording which risks causing delays. The authentication process required re-verification due to suboptimal SIMRS integration and lack of staff training. Medical record documentation is generally complete, but challenges such as time, workload and technical issues still impact quality, requiring increased auditing and regular training to improve the system and ensure data accuracy.
Putri Khanza Bouti, Titin Dunggio, Andriyanto Dai Copyright (c) 2024 Putri Khanza Bouti, Titin Dunggio, Andriyanto Dai https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://journals.ubmg.ac.id/index.php/JHTS/article/view/1940 Wed, 27 Nov 2024 00:00:00 +0000 DESCRIPTION OF THE RESULTS OF URIC ACID EXAMINATION IN OBESITE STUDENTS AT THE BINA MANDIRI UNIVERSITY GORONTALO CAMPUS https://journals.ubmg.ac.id/index.php/JHTS/article/view/1665
Obesity is associated with increased uric acid levels because kidney excretion tends to be low.
