This study aims to find out the combination of eucalyptus leaf extract (Melaleuca leucadendra) and honey that can provide non-specific Immunomodulators activity in male white rats (Rattus norvegicus).

The method in this study used quasi-experiments with a pretest-posttest approach that used test groups and comparison groups. The groups were: C1 (negative control), C2 (positive control), and C3 (test group).

The results showed that three test groups of a combination of eucalyptus leaf extract (Melaleuca leucadendra) and honey can increase the levels of leukocytes in the blood that serve as Immunomodulators. Analysis of paired sample t-test statistical data where the significance value of P ≤ 0.05 showed that there was activity between a combination of eucalyptus (Melaleuca leucadendra) and honey to increase the levels of leukocytes in the blood that function as immunomodulators.
