EVALUATION OF COMPLIANCE WITH TUBERCULOSIS PATIENTS IN CONSUMING ANTI-TUBERCULOSIS MEDICINE (OAT) IN OUTPATIENT PATIENTS AT THE HEALTH CENTER WHEN

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepatuhan pasien, karakteristik pasien TB paru dan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan pada pasien rawat jalan di Puskesmas Kabila. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien tuberculosis rawat jalan di Puskesmas Kabila sejumlah 28 orang teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah total sampling. penelitianini merupakan penelitian deskriptif yang dilakukan secara observasional dengan menggunakan instrumen penelitian yaitu, Formulir Informed Consentdan Kuesioner MMAS-8.  Analisis data yang dilakukan menggunakan analisis data deskriptif.

       Hasil peneltian karakteristik pasien terdiri dari jenis kelamin, usia, pendidikan dan pekerjaan, pasien di puskesmas kabla memiliki tingkat kepatuhan yang tinggi dalam penggunaan obat untuk proses penyembuhan penyakit TB, hal tersebut dapat di lihat pada hasil penelitian di atas dimana tingkat kepatuhan pasien memperoleh kategori tinggi yaitu berjumlah 23 orang atau sebesar 82.14%% rendah 5 atau 17.85%.
