GAMBARAN JAMUR DERMATOPYTA PADA HELM OJEK ONLINE DI KECAMATAN KOTA SELATAN KOTA GORONTALO
Abstrak
Dermatopyta adalah golongan jamur penyebab penyakit pada kulit yang menyerang bagian keratin seperti pada bagian rambut. Tinea kapitis merupakan kelainan kulit kepala yang di sebabkan oleh jamur Dermatopyta dari genus Trichopyton dan Microsporum.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil pemeriksaan jamur dermatopyta pada helm ojek online yang ada di Kecamatan Kota Selatan Kota Gorontalo.
Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yaitu pemeriksaan jamur dermatopyta pada helm ojek online pada setiap metode pemeriksaan. Jenis penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif observasional.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari pemeriksaan 10 sampel pada helm ojek online diperoleh hasil bahwa 8 sampel (80%) positif tedapat jamur dan 2 sampel (20%) negatif jamur Dermatophyta. Adapun ke 8 sampel yang diperiksa bukan dari jamur Dermatophyta. Jenis jamur yang terdapat pada 8 sampel adalah jamur Rhizopus Sp2 sampel (20%), Aspergillus niger 3 sampel (30%), Aspergillus fumigatus 3 sampel (30%) dan Aspergillus oryzae 2 sampel (20%).
